Eddy current crack detector
How does the S-X work?
The concept is simple and can be used a substitution of magnetic particle testing, where the particles are replaced by sensors built into the probe.
The S-X probe has a coil which induces an AC magnetic field on the surface of the test material. This field is disturbed when a surface crack is present resulting in magnetic flux leakage at the edge of the crack. This flux leakage is detected and measured by the magneto-sensitive element in the probe. The instrument converts this to an electric signal and displays the signal with its intensity on the LCD display.

Mechanical stresses meter
How does the INI-1M work?
The essence of the phenomenon, which is the basis of this device has anisotropy of the magnet properties of steel under tensile.
The INI-1M probe has a coil which induces an AC magnetic field on the test material. This field is disturbed in material and it causes a phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. Induction depend on tensile of part. This induction creates own magnetic field, and its detected and measured by the reciever magnetic element in the probe. Parameters of recieved signal compared with parameters of inducted signal.
Database on magnetic properties of more than 50 different types of steel in a mechanical stretching allows an accuracy of 10% to determine the amount of stress in MPa in certain sector.
Filtering data and statistical processing can achieve high accuracy and to estimate separately the tensile stress, bending and flattening.
Software "Expert Quality©"makes you professional all-knowing, because it contains a lot of background information from standard sizes of pipes and fittings, and ending with a reference chemical properties of the materials tested.
Of course, in the software there are mechanical stretching diagrams for more than 50 different typesof steel! The instrument send data to laptop and displays real-time its intensity on the LCD display.

Out-of-roundness meter
How does the "Ovality Master©" work?
Large diameter pipe can not be done perfectly round. The standards consist tolerances for roundness and diameter. Why is it important that the pipe was round - because it made oval tube under internal pressure tends to assume a circular shape. Flat areas are raised. on their surface mechanical tensile stresses occur.
Device is installed inside the pipe and fix. Then you turn on the mechanical drive with a laser head. Device collects data about the distance between the laser head and the inner surface of the pipe. Upon request from each section can be obtained from 4 to 720 measurements. Laser head detected and measured average distance to the rough surface. Laser beam has diameter 1.0 mm and even such a narrow beam measured average distance. The software "Ovality Master©" converts processes and filters data, rejects signals from pollution. After processing laptop displays the chart of pipe radius with information about out-of-roundness and predicts additional stress because non-roundness in MPa. Its projects on the laptop's display.
